Australian house prices by suburb: city and regional maps

Median house and unit prices by suburb for Australia's capital cities, popular areas within them and regional centres from Newcastle and Byron Bay to the Gold Coast and Geelong, from REA sales data for October 2026. Pick a place for its suburb price map, the most expensive and most affordable suburbs, and a full suburb list.

Each figure is for the typical suburb in that place: the median of its suburb medians, and of their 3-, 6- and 12-month changes. Medians cover sales over the past 12 months, so these changes move more slowly than monthly index reports. Every other Australian suburb is on the interactive Market Dashboard map.
